Known for her magic touch in event design and strategic partnerships, she's curated experiences that have captivated audiences from 25 to 25,000.

Sheena's passions lie at the intersection of civic life, social infrastructure, and corporate culture. Through her consulting company, The Collier Connection (TCC), Sheena helps businesses and organizations of all sizes reach and engage their ideal audiences, from intimate launches to large-scale activations. Recognizing the need for a supportive network for Black professionals, she founded Boston While Black (BWB) in 2020. This dynamic digital and in-person community provides the tools, connections, and experiences that enable Black Bostonians to thrive, personally and professionally. Through BWB, Sheena is designing a method to shape cities where Black people want to live and work.
